Our human capital management identifies employees not merely as “Human resources” but as “Human capital” that maximizes value. Due to a decrease in the working population, securing excellent talent has become increasingly challenging year by year. In particular, the acquisition of professionals with expertise in fields such as AI and data science faces intense competition in the labor market. Technological innovations for business efficiency and automation have made remarkable progress, and without appropriate investment in talent can lead to decreased productivity and risks of declining performance and competitiveness.
