Mizuno's Purpose, Vision, and Values
In response to today's rapidly changing environment and our ambition to expand our business globally, Mizuno places sustainability at the core of its management strategy. We are committed to preserving the values we have long held dear, while carrying them forward to the future and pursuing sustainable growth.
To bring this vision to life, in addition to our “Purpose”, we established a new “Vision” and “Values” in November 2023 and shared them across the company. These principles were developed based on insights from our leadership team, while honoring the traditions we have upheld since our founding.
During this process, the management team—including the President—engaged in in-depth discussions to reinterpret the founder's values in a way that aligns with the modern business landscape, thereby creating a unified global code of conduct. Going forward, we will implement our business activities in line with these values across all regions, with the aim of embedding and spreading them deeply throughout our global operations.
