Receipt of “Eruboshi” and “Kurumin” certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare

Mizuno received the “Eruboshi” certification on May 13, 2024, and the “Kurumin” certification on May 16, 2024.

“Eruboshi” is a system that accredits excellent companies for their female empowerment environment and initiatives, based on the Act on the Promotion of Female Participation and Advancement in the Workplace. A list of accredited “Eruboshi” business entities is published on the website of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. There are three levels of certification, and Mizuno received the highest level (three stars).

“Kurumin” is a certification system for companies that have met certain standards for efforts to support childrearing, based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children. The list of accredited “Kurumin” business entities is also published on the website of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
