Joining AFIRM, an industry-wide effort to ensure environmental protection and safety

In recent years, Europe, the U.S., and many other countries around the world have been tightening regulations on chemical residues in products, and the demand for environmental protection and product safety has been increasing year by year. We believe that it is our important responsibility to ensure appropriate quality so that our customers can use our products and services safely and with peace of mind.

We are a member of AFIRM, an international organization that manages a list of regulated chemical substances.

AFIRM compiles and updates the list every year to comply with the regulations of chemical substances in major countries around the world after review by many committees and chemical substance experts. In addition, AFIRM holds study sessions at production sites that bring together relevant suppliers of member companies, and works to improve the level of management in a wide range of areas.

Based on information from AFIRM, we have created a list of restricted chemical substances based on global standards, and are managing the risk of chemical residues in products in our supply chain. We are also promoting information sharing and cooperation within the industry to further improve compliance awareness.
