Mizuno maintains transparency regarding information on the Mizuno Groupʼs environmental and social impacts and publishes the Sustainability Report to explain the Groupʼs sustainability activities to its stakeholders.
Reporting Scope of Organization
This report covers the Mizuno Group, including Mizuno Corporation and its consolidated domestic and overseas group companies. As the reporting scope varies depending on the data and content disclosed, the applicable reporting scope is indicated by the symbols below throughout the report.

As of June 2026, Mizuno has not obtained external assurance for the contents of its Sustainability Report. The Company plans to continue considering the implementation of external assurance in the future.
To enhance transparency and ensure the reliability of disclosed information, environmental data for Scope 3 Categories 1 and 12 for fiscal year 2025 included in this report has been subject to third-party assurance by SGS Japan Inc.
