Basic Concept
Mizuno positions its information security management policy (security policy) as a key management issue. We have established a Basic Information Security Policy to ensure the appropriate protection and management of its information assets.
The Mizuno Corporation Ethical Standards set forth the Company's principles regarding information management, confidentiality, and personal data protection. These principles are communicated to all employees and are rigorously observed throughout the organization.

5. Sensitive information
1) Thoroughly manage confidential information to prevent leaks, and do not illegally obtain confidential information of other companies.
2) The rules and regulations for any and all information received must be abided by and safe handling must be maintained as well as improved, whether it be private or work related personal information, images, written work etc.
In addition, we have established comprehensive information security policies and countermeasures, which are continuously managed and implemented.
In particular, recognizing the critical importance of protecting personal information, we have established personal information protection regulations to ensure strict management and prevent any leakage outside the company. The officer in charge of Human Resources and General Affairs oversees personal information management and implements appropriate measures, including training for personnel handling personal information, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining an up-to-date inventory of personal data.

Personal Information Protection System
Mizuno handles a significant amount of personal and sensitive information through activities such as hosting sports events, operating sports facilities, and conducting experiments in the R&D department. To prevent serious incidents, we are committed to building robust systems for managing and protecting such information.
For example, in the R&D department, the Ethics Review Committee—comprising lawyers, members of the Global Human Resources and General Affairs Department, and the Legal Department—regularly discusses rules for handling personal and sensitive information of research subjects and confirms that there are no legal issues.
In June 2023, we revised our internal regulations concerning the handling of personal numbers, such as My Number and specific personal information, to strengthen protection measures.
Furthermore, in fiscal year 2025, there were no significant violations within the Mizuno Group related to customer privacy breaches or loss of customer data.
